Fundraising
Fundraising is an important support to our Parish and School Community. Opportunities to lend your personal support abound in a variety of avenues. You may contribute in any way that you choose, using your time, talent or treasure to assist us in “Building God’s Kingdom in Lakeport”. Here are some of our current and ongoing efforts. Ongoing..... - Bingo in the Parish Hall, 6962 Lakeshore Road, Lakeport - Every Monday Night, doors open at 5 pm, games begin at 7 p.m. New games and progressive jackpot...come join the fun!!!
- Meijer Community Rewards - For registered customers, Meijer donates a portion of all sales to St. Edward School. For Meijer Credit Card Sales, 1% of total purchase is donated, for sales paid by cash or debit card .5% is donated. Click here and enter our code # 615306.There is no additional charge to you, this is Meijer’s way of donating back to the local community.
- Target -Take Charge of Education Program. For registered customers with a Target “Red Card” (credit card), a portion of all purchases, at Target and elsewhere, are donated to our school. There is no additional charge to you. Click here to register and enter our code # 8488.
- Scrip - Can be purchased at the school or after Masses on the weekend. If you wish to order on line, please visit www.shopwithscrip.com and use our enrollment code of 95F9L2L617513. If you have additional questions, please see the Scrip page.
- Magic Kids Clothing Wholesaler - Brand name children’s clothing is available at deeply discounted prices and a portion (up to 40%) of sales is donated to St. Edward Parish. Log on to www.magickids.com and enter our code # MK33763. Items available change regularly, so shop often! There is no additional charge to you.
- Box Tops for Education is sponsored by General Mills. Just cut off the pink “Box Tops for Education” labels on General Mills products and drop them in the boxes located at the entrances to church or the school office. For a list of products and product coupons click here. Last year our school earned over $500.00 from this wonderful program.
- Printer Cartridge Re-cycling - Dell, HP and Lexmark are the only printer cartridges recyclable / refillable and when we package and send them in, we earn money for our school! Drop off your used cartridges at the school office or give them to a school parent at Mass.
- Birchwood Mall "My School's Cool" Reward Program
Earn points for our school by shopping at any store in Birchwood Mall. Click here for info. Have points counted by presenting your receipts at the service desk, at the carousel OR at the St. Edward School office. OR drop your receipts in the St. Edward locker located near the food court "My School's Cool" display. Cash and prizes will be awarded each quarter of the school year. Point tally is calculated in regard to school size, so we compete equally with larger schools. Thanks for your participation!
