We have a strong Catholic identity.Religion is taught daily, the students attend Mass weekly, service projects are incorporated in the curriculum, we pray together as a school each morning, and we live our faith!Our class sizes are small, for more individual instruction.Our school is a Pre-K to 5th grade elementary school.This offers us many options to concentrate our curriculum and programs at the elementary level.We welcome parents to volunteer and participate in their child’s education.St. Edward is blessed with stellar teachers who are all ‘Highly Qualified’ and meet and exceed expectations.We take pride in preparing our students for the future.
In addition to the great staff and curriculum, we also offer enrichment for the students after school.The offerings vary based on student interest and available instructors.During the school day, the students are offered specials such as gym, art, music, health and safety and Spanish.The students also participate in field trips, special Masses, a Christmas program, and much more!
St. Edward on the Lake Catholic School is unique to other schools.We have been blessed with beautiful grounds.The students play on a playground in a forest setting.Some of God’s creatures also like to come and play there!It is a unique experience. You can’t help but feel happy and positive when out on our school grounds.We also have the unique privilege of the beach and Lakeport Park right in our back yard!The students visit there for special lessons and events.
